1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SponsorsDB ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SponsorsDB provides:

Sponsor Database: A database of media channels (newsletters, podcasts, YouTube channels) that accept paid sponsorships, including pricing estimates and contact information.
Subscription Access: Ongoing access to updated data with additional features.
Managed Campaigns: Done-for-you sponsorship outreach and booking services.
Creator Portal: Tools for creators to manage their profiles and receive offers.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The information in our database is collected from publicly available sources and creator submissions. While we strive for accuracy:

Pricing is estimated and may not reflect current rates
Contact information may change without notice
Audience metrics are approximations
Channel availability is not guaranteed

Verified badges indicate that information was confirmed within the last 14-30 days, not that it is currently accurate.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Snapshot Access ($199)

One-time payment for access to a point-in-time database export. No ongoing updates included.

4.2 Pro Subscription ($49/month or $299/year)

Recurring subscription for ongoing access with weekly updates. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4.3 Managed Campaigns

Setup fee ($500-$2,500) plus success fee (10-20% of booked sponsorship spend). Specific fees are confirmed before campaign start.

Snapshot: 30-day money-back guarantee if you're unsatisfied with data quality
Subscription: No refunds for partial months; cancel to stop future charges
Managed Campaigns: Booking Guarantee applies (see Section 6)

6. Booking Guarantee (Managed Campaigns)

For managed campaigns with $2,000+ budget: if we cannot book at least one verified placement within 30 days, we will refund your setup fee.

Conditions:

Minimum campaign budget of $2,000
Complete onboarding brief submitted within 5 days of payment
Only applies to Verified channels (confirmed within 14 days of campaign start)
Guarantee covers setup fee only, not success fees
"Booking" means signed agreement or payment confirmation from channel
Buyer must respond to channel communications within 48 hours

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Resell, redistribute, or publicly share database contents
Scrape or automate data extraction from our platform
Use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
Misrepresent your identity when claiming creator profiles
Submit false or misleading information

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Creator Terms

Creators who claim profiles agree to:

Provide accurate information about their channel
Respond to legitimate sponsorship inquiries in good faith
Honor bookings made through the platform
Pay platform fees (5-10%) on bookings facilitated through SponsorsDB

Creators may remove their profile from search results or request full deletion at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

The database structure, user interface, and proprietary algorithms are owned by SponsorsDB. Channel information remains the property of respective creators. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased data for your own business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

SponsorsDB is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:

Inaccurate or outdated information in the database
Failed sponsorship negotiations or bookings
Channel performance or audience quality
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
