30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the quality of the data, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@sponsorsdb.xyz
  2. Include your order number or email used at purchase
  3. Brief reason for refund (helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Pro Subscription ($49/mo or $299/yr)

Cancel Anytime

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

  • Monthly: No partial month refunds. Cancel to stop future charges.
  • Annual: Pro-rated refund available within first 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds for unused months.

Managed Campaigns

Booking Guarantee*

Setup Fee ($500-$2,500)

The setup fee covers campaign strategy, channel research, and initial outreach. It is generally non-refundable once work begins, EXCEPT under the Booking Guarantee.

Booking Guarantee

For campaigns with $2,000+ budget: If we cannot book at least one verified placement within 30 days, we refund your setup fee.

Guarantee Conditions:

  • Minimum campaign budget: $2,000
  • Complete onboarding brief submitted within 5 business days
  • Only Verified channels (confirmed within 14 days of campaign start)
  • Buyer responds to channel communications within 48 hours
  • "Booking" = signed agreement OR payment confirmation from channel
  • 30-day period starts when onboarding brief is approved

Success Fees (10-20%)

Success fees are charged only on confirmed bookings. They are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, even if the placement does not go live due to issues outside our control.

Campaign Cancellation

You may cancel a managed campaign at any time:

  • Before any outreach: 75% setup fee refund
  • After outreach begins: No setup fee refund
  • Confirmed bookings: Success fees are due; you are responsible for honoring or cancelling bookings with channels directly

If you believe a refund should be issued outside these policies, please contact us at support@sponsorsdb.xyz. We review all disputes on a case-by-case basis.

Please attempt to resolve issues with us directly before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in account termination.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Confirmed success fees on managed campaigns
  • Subscription periods after the 30-day annual window
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (case-by-case)
